A house that cares about how a thing looks, a first coat of colour, the day a murti is brought in, will ask about Chitra. A house that only cares about the structural handover may not. Muhurtham is allowed to be specific to the act. A single auspiciousness that covers painting and concrete is a sales pitch.

Brightness on a chart is not beauty as a destiny. It is a name for where the Moon was. If the prose around it gets purple, put the prose down and read the degree.
