Cookie & Local Storage Policy
Effective Date: September 25, 2026 · Last Reviewed: October 2026
1. Strictly necessary storage
This website keeps a small amount of information in your browser's local storage so it works as you expect. The main item is your answer to our analytics question (accepted or declined), so we do not ask you again on every page. This storage is not used to track you and is never shared. It is always on, because the site needs it to respect your choice.
2. Optional analytics, only with your consent
When you first visit, we ask whether you are happy for us to measure how the site is used. If you choose Decline, or make no choice, no analytics code is loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
If you choose Accept, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to count visits. We configure it to:
- record only the page path you visit, never the query string (so nothing you type into a form or URL parameter is sent);
- turn off Google signals and ad personalisation;
- never receive your birth details, chart inputs, or any account data.
3. No advertising trackers
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or data broker pixels, and we do not sell your data.
4. Changing your choice
You can change your answer here at any time. Turning analytics off stops further measurement and removes the analytics cookies from this site. You can also clear this site's data in your browser settings, which brings the question back on your next visit, or block cookies entirely; the site still works without them.
Analytics is currently switched off on this site, so there is nothing to change.
