1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Pocket Pandit (“the Service”), provided by Foundational Creations, Hyderabad, India (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Scope of Service & Spiritual Guidance

Pocket Pandit is an AI-assisted personal spiritual companion designed to help users learn about Hindu rituals, Shastric literature, Panchang timings, and traditional Jyotisha concepts. All guidance provided is spiritual, cultural, and educational in nature. Traditional astrological interpretations reflect traditional symbolic systems and cultural beliefs and do not constitute guaranteed predictions, medical diagnosis, legal advice, or financial planning.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the calculation algorithms or claim registries.
• Use the service to generate hate speech, defame traditions, or promote religious hostility.
• Attempt adversarial jailbreaks or prompt injections designed to force the assistant to fabricate religious rules or sacred citations.

4. Price & Future Paid Features

Pocket Pandit is free to use. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will give you notice before they apply, and any purchases will be offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and governed by their billing, cancellation, and refund policies. Nothing you use today for free will start charging you without your explicit purchase.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, without regard to conflict of law principles.
