Delete your account and data

1. Delete inside the app

You can delete your account and all of its data yourself, at any time, from the Pocket Pandit app:

1. Open the Pocket Pandit app and make sure you are signed in.
2. Go to the You tab.
3. Under Privacy and your data, tap Delete my account and data.
4. Confirm by tapping Delete everything.

Deletion cannot be undone.

2. What is deleted

• Your profile and account record.
• Your birth details.
• Family members you added, including their birth details and chart photos.
• Memories Pandit Ji kept for you.
• Ritual sessions and saved progress.
• Records linked to your conversations.

All of your sign-in sessions are invalidated, so every device is signed out.

3. Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app, email us and we will delete your account for you.

We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before acting on it. We aim to complete verified requests within 48 business hours and will email you when deletion is done.

4. Retention

Deleted data is removed from our active systems immediately and from any backups within 30 days. Billing records may be kept only where financial or tax law requires it.
